I now find that I can see exactly what I am sewing. My newer machine seems to have less light than my older one. I was a little worried about the fitting but it was actually very easy and well worth the 5 minutes it took to attach. Has made a huge difference to my sewing and is very easy to turn on/off and adjust. Don’t buy a cheap one from Amazon.
