I have bought quite a few things from LoveSew and the quality is good. Just as importantly, they never let me down. Some time ago one of my orders was delivered to the wrong address (my mistake not LoveSew). I contacted the company by email and Grace got back to me straightaway and offered to re-send. The goods were promptly re-sent without further question. So my experience is that the customer service is very good. There is quite a long delivery time - usually about 7/10 days, but this has not been a problem for me. I particularly like the bobbin and spool organizers, but to be honest I have not been disappointed by anything I have been sent to date. Thanks.
